5* treatment from start to end. I had 20 composite bonding carried out at the clinic in Istanbul and I am over the moon. I have worked in dentistry for 15years in the UK and I chose this company as they were the only ones who did not hound me & offered me the option of composite. All the other companies were telling me crowns when I know full well my teeth were too healthy for crowns.I traveled alone and stayed for a total of 3 days and had no concerns about my safety. The hotel was stunning and nothing was too much hassle, food, pool, staff have been fantastic. Transport has been great with private aircon cabs all offering complementary water.The clinic was clean, friendly, and knowing the dental industry I can confirm their treatment was no different to the UK. They used good quality materials and instruments were sterile in sterile pouches. Although my dentist didn’t speak English very well I had a translator with me the whole time. I am absolutely over the moon with my new smile. I would recommend this to anyone who has been thinking about having this treatment. I promise you won’t go wrong with this clinic🌟
Very unprofessional my tooth chipped 1 day after returning home, they start ignoring your messages and telling you to return to fix them which is going to cost hundreds to do. The person that did them wasn’t the lady showed on Instagram. Not happy at all. Was also late to the airport as transport was 30 mins late on my return. I also paid for a night guard and only received the top set even after having paid for both. Do not waste your money with this company you will regret it as I do.
**AVOID AT ALL COST**I had 20 composite bondings done at this clinic in Turkey, and I honestly wish I never had. From start to finish, it was one of the worst, stressful and painful experiences I’ve ever had.During the procedure, I was left with cuts all around my mouth and blisters inside, which made it agony to even speak or eat afterwards. The woman who started my treatment completely messed up my teeth — they looked uneven and unnatural — I ended up stuck in the clinic past 1 a.m. while the lead dentist desperately tried to fix them.I was REFUSED breaks in my treatment and was continuously told ‘it won’t be much longer’ Even after all that time and pain, I left feeling upset and disappointed. Within ONE DAY I had already suffered a chip in my tooth, I have since had 2 more. After everything I went through, it’s ridiculous that 3 composite can break within 6 months.I I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Please, if you’re thinking about getting cosmetic dental work here — do your research and be careful. Upon complaining to cagdis dental, the owner had referred to my teeth as like ‘returning an old pair of shoes’ he was aggressive and rude in his responses and really unhelpful, he even threatened me with if I leave a bad review he will ‘stand with his lawyers against me’ since going to cagdis dental, I have had to pay £900 to repair my teeth in the UK, with composite that are not even 6 months old! **they know this review is true and genuine and that’s why they are trying to silence me, there is no need to email them as they are FULLY aware of the situation**
I had 20 comp bonding done with Cagdis dental this week. I was exceptionally happy with the whole service. The staff are very polite and can’t do enough for you. They really do go above and beyond to make sure that your time is smooth sailing and that you are happy with every step. Kareem is amazing and so thoughtful. His English is excellent so if you are in English patient coming over to Istanbul then don’t worry as he translates everything for you! It was my birthday and they even got me a birthday cake, and sung happy birthday to me. We stayed an extra night at a different hotel, and they even picked us up from that hotel to take us to the airport, and dropped off my night guard. You shouldn’t hesitate to book with this as I think that they are the best around. They put so much care and consideration into their work. Book with this company, you won’t be disappointed xxxx
I was so happy with my results. The dentist took her time to make sure they were done perfect. The staff were really helpful especially karim he does a great job so friendly and helpful. The clinic is very clean and the service is great I would definitely recommend.
