This site is a complete waste of time, energy, emotional wellbeing and money. Complete SCAM!Spent the $35 for nothing. No response. No reply. No assistance from supposed “case manager.” After two days kept getting error prompts which was never resolved. Do not waste your time on this site!
It took months to find someone for Los Angeles and then she is not up to par as a cleaner. She mops without vacuuming and spreads the dirt around, mops around throw rugs etc. she is always late. I had to put her on 2 hours a week and now she won't work. First weekend in August and then second weekend in August she did not come because she is claiming Covid without show a positive result. I want to release her and hire my daughter who will do a better job.
