Previously, our workflow relied heavily on manual paperwork and manually generated orders in BigCommerce and Pulse. With the Pulse + Cahoot pairing, orders are auto-generated in Pulse and fulfilled through Cahoot regardless of selling channel. This alone has saved me and my team a tremendous amount of time.There was some initial setup work required to cleanse our data (SKUs missing in ebay and amazon), and we experienced a couple of minor post-launch hiccups, but the Cahoot support team addressed everything quickly and professionally. After that short adjustment period, our staff adopted the system well and genuinely likes working in it.
