Very disappointed with these, again I was a fool for a social media ad. These aren't cheap which is half why I expected them to work. Simply, they dont stay on. You need to be wearing a very tight fitting top so it will keep them on. Otherwise they constantly slide down. They dont provide lift either...I tried it and my boob's just immediately went back to their original position. If you are at all warm and sweaty, they slide right down. I just end up going back to my other cheaper and stickier nipple covers. Dont waste your money. I've given 2 stars because they are made nicely and the packaging is nice, that's all, nothing to do with function.
