I bought into the hype about "grippy not sticky" and purchased my first pair from this company.I was delighted when approximately a week later, it showed my order was on its way. According to their tracking number, my pkg was delivered on Aug. 3rd at 5:30p. I don't know where they delivered it to, but it certainly was not delivered to my house.That day, we all stayed home due to a tropical system being overhead. Additionally, my house is like Fort Knox with tons of cameras. No delivery person approached my door or my driveway at any time that day, or any day subsequent, with my ordered item.I wrote the company on Aug. 5th to let them know. I got an automatic reply telling me that they got my email and would be in touch within 2 business days. It is now 4 days with no response to my original, or subsequently sent, email. I've now reported it to PayPal for resolution.This company has lousy customer service & lacks professionalism. I will NEVER buy from them again AND I will NEVER recommend them to a friend or an online stranger.
