I placed an order on 11/30/2025 and was charged right away, but as of 12/29/2025, my order has not been shipped. I reached out to the customer support team, and they keep assuring me that my order will ship soon, but if I can’t wait, they offer to cancel it and provide a refund. It feels like this company just takes your money and holds it for a month, fully aware they lack the inventory to fulfill orders. This feels like a scam!
