I emailed Harley in advance of ordering a topper for my son’s birthday party. She assured me that if I ordered that the topper would arrive in time for his party on 30th. I never received a dispatch email and sent a follow up email the weekend before to check it would definitely arrive. No response to my email. The 30th arrived and I sent an Instagram message explaining that the topper hadn’t arrived and guests were arriving and had it been posted, still no reply. The topper has now arrived but didn’t arrive on time to go on the cake we had made so was absolutely pointless ordering. I followed up with an email asking for a refund. To date Harley still hasn’t responded to any emails or Instagram messages. Had I known that it wouldn’t come in time I would never had wasted £25 on a topper…
