If I could rate lower than one star I would. Ordered back in November 2021, and no communication. The only communication I had was after several emails and a promise that my order would be here by the end of the week... it never came. Its now April and I had to go through the bank to get my money back. I was really looking forward to my personalised pets for my wedding cake that we've already had to postpone twice. So to have this bad experience was the cherry on top. It is now obvious to me that she's paid for all her Instagram followers! Do not trust!
