Cal.com has a great product if you are either an individual/small team or looking to use the API (with low volume).
I began using cal as part of our agentic scheduling workflow for managing cold email pipeline. The API has a rate limit of 120 requests/minute and once you hit it, instead of giving you a warning, they just turn off your account. And they do not provide any context as to why.
It took 5+ support messages, and DMing their team on LinkedIn/X to get my account re-enabled and getting context into what happened.
We spend about $600/mo with cal and the support we have received does not reflect that.
So to summarize: if you're using it with low volume, it's a great tool. But if you're looking to build with it and use the API with any sort of volume, you will struggle.
