Made an order expecting it in 3 To 5 days ,it has been delivered to postal service. I was sent a tracking number and nothing it says, a label has been made but no package mind you I order it on Sunday I was sent email saying it would be on the way Monday morning but nothing, spoke to a guy ,named Jeffery on Thursday 4 days later still it says label has been made but no package has been dropped off,I was told cause of Veterans day which was Tuesday it would take a lil longer ,then tells me my order was drop off on Wednesday and it would take 24hrs before it would update .that was Wednesday its Friday 11/14/25 and still saying label made no order dropped off..I feel like was beat and robbed for my money, what gets me is that this order was larger..and I'm going vac in 4days with my wife and now we're screwed..and now they won't even answer my email..
