I have been buying from calicanna for about the past year, a good friend of mine in another state introduced me to them and have been loyal ever since. Through different means I spend about 1600 a month in different ways. Well my friend had an order come up lite just like some of mine have and several of his, calicanna seemed to always make it right. Well my friend had an ounce shorted by almost an 1/8 which is at least $50 of the plant he buys. Well instead of making it right they basically called him a liar and said go F yourself basically so I will NO longer be buying from calicanna and several other friends of ours are done to. If I was you guys I would just make it right, think it's past that now. They will definitely short you if you don't weigh your stuff, 50% of the " top shelf " flower is full of premature seeds or thick one stems which is NOT top shelf. Good luck you just lost at least 4 customers and $3000-5000 a month in revenue. Would've been a lot easier to right your wrongs
