Cali Canna has great service but thier biggest selling items go unstocked for weeks. weeks to stock

Cali Canna takes weeks to stock certain important big-selling items while driving its customers to the competition. This is not a good business practice. I have complained and received the runaround instead. However when they have things in stock they always come through fast.
