I can’t give a 0 star but I would .The only service I got was a text the night before to cancel an appointment that was made weeks before.I got numerous emails and texts the weeks before telling me what I had to for their visit, unfortunately I can’t get the engineer out of his bed for them !Don’t waste your time with them , use another energy supplier, going to move my business to Octopus and try again .
