I had a smart meter installation appointment arranged for today, timeslot between 8am and 12 noon. I arranged for my child to be taken to school and took time off work to be called at 1050 to be told that the appointment was cancelled no reason given. He asked if I wanted to reschedule I advised no as this was the second time this has happened and I would go back to UW. Unbelievable this happened for a second time however I should have known better.
