Terrible customer service. They were late sending the watch, so it was never going to get to me in time for my son's birthday. I let them know in plenty of time that they may as well cancel the order but they said I'd be able to return the watch once it had arrived. They waited for it to arrive, me to request the return, only to tell me that I was now responsible for shipping costs which would cost as much as the watch. Even though they were at fault. I don't often write reviews, but I felt the need to warn others to avoid this company.
