I ordered 2 pullover golf tops. One the zipper was broken and both were too large. I have sent 4 request for help exchanging them. 3 responses were from AI stating they were sorry for my problem and they would refer my request to a real person. After several days of no response I emailed again and the AI said they couldn't find my order. I then sent a screenshot of all the order information. I will never order from them again. There's no phone number to even call for help. AI is the pits. I need a real person.
