Ordered something on the 6th December, they didn’t process the order until the 12th December and I am still yet to receive the item which was a Christmas gift that will no longer arrive in time for Christmas. No customer service at all, have to communicate via email which they don’t put their name so no idea who I am talking to either. Will never ever use them again and recommend others don’t as well
