How the mighty have fallen! I just topped up my card to make a phone call. It has been more than a year since I activated my card. Every time I dial my local access number and enter my pin per what was on the invoice - I get a "sorry, you couldn't be authenticated" message. Not a good experience. If there is some system issue that requires reinstating an account after a year, your website should make this crystal clear!I'll try again in 24 hours and if this still happens I will raise a dispute with my credit card issuer to get my payment back.
