I don't know where the good reviews are coming from because I did not have a good experience. My first therapist felt like I was a mere annoyance and would send a reply or two that consisted of it being a sentence. The second therapist was full on with questions but would only recite exactly what I replied with. After the initial day they didn't reply or even bothered to. It wasn't their day off. They just didn't reply. I told customer service this their response was "we can switch your therapist again and give you two free days but you'll have to pay again after that." I'm starting to think that the therapist assigned to weekly plan clients are given the short end of the stick. Meanwhile the ones who pay for a full month get more attention and better therapist. Seems fair right? If your only concern is business and making money. I wouldn't recommend especially if you're suicidal or have deeper issues than being stuck at home during a pandemic.
