I have been dealing with anxiety again for some months now and was diagnosed with GAD and PTSD. I found this device one day scrolling through my feed and decided to give it a go. I have to say with continued use, this has helped me in times when nothing else seemed to. I really liked the citrus scented plate. I still have yet to try the other two scents, but it definitely was pleasant and not overly scented. It helped me during my panic attacks when I felt breathless.
