Have been dealing with warranty issue since September 2024. Sent pics of the damage. Have lifetime warranty on this set. Takes weeks for them to reply only to be asked more questions. Now, after all these months, they have gone silent again. This is totally unacceptable! You give a lifetime warranty - honor it! The person that rarely responds is Ahmed, Calphalon Consumer Service.
