I got a Calphalon espresso Machine. It was not working from the shelf. I contacted customer online and I got a response in less then 24 hours asking for photos and a video (so I sent them) the next e-mail they said they would like me to send them the machine so they can see what was wrong and they sent me a pre-paid label to send it to them; I sent it off the next day.. 5 days it took to get to it’s destination we got an email on the 6th day saying they were trying to locate the Same machine that you had so we can replace the one you sent to us. One day later they sent me a email stating that they could not find the same one (but they were willing to send me an upgraded machine or $400 to cover the cost of another one) we chose the upgrade and it is set to be here tomorrow. It’s been a total of 10 days. In my opinion there customer survice is great; and will be willing to buy from them again
