I own approximately $1,500 worth of their products; nearly the entire line of the Space saving pots and pans etc. We sent them pictures of a pan which warped. They asked for more pictures. We sent more including every set we owned in order to establish we are truly customers. Now months later nothing from them. If I could return every one of the items I would. It's NOT a life time warranty when you ask a customer when they purchased the item... and you might think it's good business to never respond to customers needs or replace one single item... Trust me, it is not. With every cooking class we attend I will warn people not to buy their products....NEVER AGAIN
