So, after 20 years of owning Calphon full sets plus, and using their warranty over the years with no issues, they have devolved into a company that can't shoot straight. My wok, the most well used of all, has failed and is flaking off toxic particles, sticking, and useless. In the past, I have called them, they provide a ret\urn umber, I return it and they send me a new one. After 3 months of continued email (they no longer accept calls, CoVid precautions (?)) they keep promising "a response soon, they are overwhelmed with emails". Nothing. Crickets. Until the letter below arrived. I will not even list the thing they wanted me to show them. I completed the list, sent photos......nothing. If you notice, the letter has no email, no phone, nothing but a "case Number which seems to trigger nothing from them. Hire some damned people to answer phones from home and field returns and service your customer base. I'm shopping for a whole new line of cookware. Any suggestions out there????
