The worst customer service I have ever recieved. Ordered a knife set from their website. Was double charged for my item. Called after I found this out. They couldn't find my order at all. Kept telling me it was only an authorization charge, but it had already cleared my account. Was told they would look into it and be in email contact. Recieved one email asking for screen shots of cleared charges. I obliged. Waited a week to hear any thing back and no word. Stopped by my bank in between they said both charges started as authorization charges then where pushed through by Calphalon for the amount. I called back after a week. Was given the run around and best they can do would be mail me a check for the amount, that I would receive in 7-10 business days. So that ends up being 3 weeks with the second charge they had. My other option would have been to wait for them to put back to my account, which would take 1-2 billing cycles or 2-3 months. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Will not be purchasing from them again. Something else I forgot was the first day when they couldn't find my order and I told them I was double charged. That he had heard this problem, blamed the authorization charge.
