So wish I’d read the reviews. The company is a total scam. I can’t believe that organisations like this are still allowed to trade, they should be forced to stop trading as they are breaking all consumer protection legislation. The vacuum cleaner ordered took weeks to arrive and then was total rubbish and not the item advertised. I’ve returned it straight away but they tell me I must wait until it arrives back in Asia and I have to pay postage and customs duties. They advise a full 30 day money back guarantee online. Why don’t Trading Standards investigate this business?
