I’m giving this service a 1-star rating because after 3 months, it has been nothing but issues. There are two support options: email and phone, but they never respond to emails. Customer support is only available during limited hours, which makes it difficult for me as I’m in a different time zone. There’s no direct contact to the provider, so if the problem lies there, I have no way to reach them for help. I’ve been without internet for 3 days now, and this is the second occurrence in just 3 months. This service feels like a scam.
