They promise many things to students that don’t match the tutors they employ, many of whom have zero teaching qualifications or experience. They make unnecessary changes constantly which confuse and annoy tutors and students alike and are rapidly developing a blame culture where everything is the tutor’s fault. Unless you’re truly desperate avoid this company like the plague.
