They made an auto transaction without informing me and didn't notice about my plan expiration, and now last but least, they are saying if I cancel my subscription, they are saying they will charge me 25% from the total for one month which is $200 - in case I have just used 30mins without knowing my plan was expired and I had already charged by them!
