I've traveled from BBK to Cambodia using this airline multiple time since last year. I always seem to have issues with flight delays, ranging from 30 minutes to a few hours. This time, the delay is two hours with no prior notice or explanation. Trying to resolve it was also a waste of time, I was simply told the flight was on time. I guess 2 hours late is on time. If you are going to use this airline expect delays but I'd suggest using a different airline. I can put up with some bullshit, what I won’t accept is the same issue happening over and over with no accountability.
