I had a terrible experience with this airline, and their customer service is not helpful. It is a scam when this airline refuses to take responsibility for changing the flight schedule that affects the customer's travel plan. They changed more than once, and they don't have to worry about compensating those who were affected by the change. When I reach out to the customer service, not only do they respond slowly, but they never get back to me or update me on anything. Such an irresponsible airline. I am very disappointed, and they don't deserve the national carrier service. I am Cambodian and I know it is not good for my country, but this airline brings shame to Cambodia.
