My baggage information clearly stated 30kg checked luggage and length not to exceed 158cm. My checked baggage weighed 26kg so under my allowance. When they asked what was in the bag and i said my golf clubs then things changed for the worst - they then pulled out a different policy that said golf clubs are excluded. They then proceeded to try and charge me $160usd for a flight from Phnom Penh to Bangkok - a 1 hr 15 min flight. When i questeioned where is my credit for the 30kg I am entitled to in my fare they got very aggressive and very rude. It was pay up or leave your golf clubs in Phnom Penh....=so I checked on air Asia and including credit for the 30kg they allowed and then adding spoting goods (as they have a area that lets you do your add-ons) and also upgrading to front row seat it was cheaper tahn what Combodia Air wanetd to charge me for the 'supposed excess baggage' so i told them to cancel my flight and I flew with Air Asia. I should have booked with Air Asia in the 1st place, best airline and never had an issue with them but the flight time for the Cambodia Air flight suited me better so i thought i would use and book with them. NEVER EVER again - they have lost me forever.
