Will NEVER fly with this airline again. My bag was lost on arrival to Phnom Penh and when reporting it at Lost And Found, I was met by the most rude and arrogant staff ever. They even gave me a wrong phone number to contact.Had it not been for the hard effort of the staff at my hotel, I would never had retrieved my bag again. The airline could care less and it took me 5 days to get my bag back.Worst airline service I ever experienced.
