I waited one year to review them. The teachers are good, that is one thing I can say. There support is relatively fast. However, their platform and technology is outdated and so buggy it is impossible. We submit assignments, they are removed, deleted, no notification. I paid for live classess, until now none have shown up! I was supposed to activate them, but there was no communication on that. The Dashboard is very poor, it does not let you know at a glance what is missing our outstanding. You have to go behind the scenes and then the info the parent sees and the progress of the child is not synced. Shows no reports done when they have done 9/10And they do not make any technical upgrades to their poor design. You cannot submit large files and have to waste time compressing them, you are limited to 3 files per upload. It is ridiculous and a teribble online experience.
