I strongly advise against using this platform. I suspect that this site, along with others, operates under the same management. I ordered a camera from them, and after ten days, I received an email stating that my order had been delivered by a courier service. When I reached out to both the platform and the courier, they insisted that the order was successfully delivered. They provided an address showing the shipment was sent from overseas, but the postcode was different. The order was supposed to require a signature, yet the courier claimed their driver left the package behind a car. They assured me they would assist, but after numerous follow-ups, they informed me they couldn't retrieve it. They promised to contact the seller, and after a while, they apologized but insisted the order was delivered to the address I provided. It's a frustrating experience, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this.
