After multiple orders in the past, we have decided to stop using the service. The switch to a new platform has not met our expectations. Our recent order turned into a complicated situation, as we had to constantly reach out to confirm its status. The order confirmation indicated it would leave on Wednesday for a Friday delivery, but it didn't ship until Thursday night without any notification to us. Communicating with the support team was nearly impossible. Once it finally shipped, we were told it might arrive on Friday or possibly Monday. We eventually found another vendor that A) communicated with us, B) processed our order, C) shipped it as promised, and D) delivered it on time without any issues. I understand that busy times and shipping can be challenging, but the failure to communicate changes and the lack of follow-through is unacceptable. While it was only a $600 order, it represents a significant amount for us. This situation highlights how some companies forget the importance of their customers, and we will no longer be among them.
