They had no problems deconstructing/reconstructing our large furniture items, they handled both heavy and fragile items well, despite some challenges like narrow doorways and lots of stairs.They arrived a bit after the scheduled appointment time, but Russell made sure to call me to let me know about the delay, and brought along some extra team members to make up for it, meaning everything went very quickly.Overall, we were very happy.
