we booked for second time with this company , first one was great ,in France , then in Holand we book from friday but was owfool , big problems to enter the camping area ,because the Marina had their ports closed for all area and campin-car service could not open it for us and few others ,there where some Germans who had with them boat trailers and they just parked it where camping cars do park,so we and 2 others had big problem to park and we could not even connect to electricity being so far from electric , also at arrivel the main port did not work.we had to wait outside for more then and hour to go in ,and waiting for somebody to open for us,and while leaving the area same problem ,we could not leave , this was a great horror , and the customer service could not help us with a big sorry ,even though we had paid for stay , I could have go to another camping but there was no option for refund , HORRIBLE we stayed only 8 hours slept really bad and paid 30 euros for that
