The website is a complete disaster. I was tracking tokens with a friend, and when I sent her tokens, the system didn’t even confirm the transaction. I complained about it being unfair, and they terminated my account, claiming I was a threat. Now I’m getting a refund from my bank. I also don’t understand why my friend has multiple accounts; it seems excessive.
