The prescription part was fine so far, I got it within 24 hours which is okay but slowest service I've tried so far. The website is pretty messy and I can't tell if it's that it doesn't work as intended or the user experience is just very convoluted, that slowed me down quite a lot. There are a lot of manual steps going back and forth which is slowing things down incredibly, and they are not working within the time period they promised. They promise a delivery within 48-72 hours, and soon I will hit 72 hours from initiating my order and I haven't even paid yet! The pharmacy they suggest as a default partner is horrendously slow and when I wrote Candoc about it they basically defended them despite pointing out the 72 hour delivery being misleading. Probably my first and last time ordering here. I didn't expect a perfect experience with the whole industry being new but it just seems irresponsible to launch while still so unorganizedUpdate: took them four days to cancel my order because they wont accept my payment. Nothing but timewasters, that could have been said much earlier
