I possess a diverse background in teaching and research. I obtained my state diploma in general pedagogy in 1986 and taught for two years before pursuing my studies at a university. I completed my bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology in 1996, though the academic year was extended due to political issues. From 1997 to 1999, I studied Sociology at another university. After a two-year teaching stint at a private institution, I became a Teaching Assistant in 2003 and progressed to Lecturer in 2007. During this period, I mentored students, conducted research, and participated in various academic events. I also provided consultancy for public and private organizations. In 2007, I started my Advanced Studies Diploma, defending my thesis in January 2010 while enrolling in a doctoral program. After extensive academic engagement, I defended my doctoral dissertation in 2014 with top honors. I became an Associate Professor in 2015 and was promoted to Full Professor in 2021, which I still hold. I continue to teach, research, and supervise students, contributing to numerous publications.
