My background in teaching and research is quite fascinating. I earned my state diploma in general pedagogy in 1986 and taught for two years before pursuing further studies at a university. I began my studies in 1990 and completed my bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology in 1996, navigating through a challenging academic environment due to political unrest. From 1997 to 1999, I continued my education in Sociology at another university. After two years of teaching at a private institution, I became a Teaching Assistant in 2003 and later a Lecturer in 2007. During this period, I had the privilege of mentoring students, conducting research, and engaging in various academic activities such as conferences and workshops. Additionally, I offered consulting services to various institutions. In 2007, I began an Advanced Studies Diploma program, successfully defending my thesis in early 2010, while also starting my doctoral studies. I completed my doctoral dissertation in Sociology and defended it in 2014, earning the highest honors. I was appointed Associate Professor in 2015 and promoted to Full Professor in 2021, a role I continue to hold as I await further promotion. Throughout my career, I have balanced teaching, research, and numerous publications, supervising student projects and serving on doctoral committees, while remaining active in academic events and consultancy.
