Ordered in plenty of time, never received was send back to sender no expedite shipping, so if u need a RX not recommended.

Terrible, web page says 10-15 deliveries. Hell, it’s been in customs for 10 days already. Ordered over two weeks ago. Won’t be using them again. I’ll be asking for a refund if I don’t get it soon.

phishing extortion scam

This company is a phishing extortion scheme. If you order above a certain payment amount they hold your money and refuse to ship the purchased items until you email them your driver’s license and credit card.

I have been getting dogs Nexgard here for several years and have never had a problem. The product works and prices are good. I get my purchase within 2 weeks.

Buyer beware

While I understand that many have had “great success” with this company I have not. After reading so many positive reviews I decided to give the company a chance and now my dog is likely going to be euthanized. She has been on bravecto for well over a year and never had an issue until I got the meds from this company. I am so thankful I didn’t give the meds to any of my other animals.

Great trusted company

Have used them for a few years for flea and tick control for my dog, even took a package to my vet to look at with first purchase. He approved. Have never had a problem with them or fleas. I don't believe all these negative comments.

FAKE PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY.

I bought two Seresto flea collars off of this website, both ended up being counterfeit. The product came from Curacao, and I called an Elanco agent who confirmed to me that this product was not a legitimate flea collar and shouldn't be used. This company has been added to their list of counterfeit retailers and they have filed a report with the EPA. (Their refund policy is a joke too. I have to pay 15-20 dollars just to send it back and then, MAYBE, you'll refund me. Yeah, right.)

I ordered 3 Seresto Collars for large dogs. They arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, all 3 Seresto Collars were counterfeit! Tony, the Customer Service Representative for Canada Pet Care refunded the total purchase amount.

Canadapetcare.com, BUYER BEWARE!

Canadapetcare.com appears to me to be a highly suspect business. I was looking for a picture of Bernie Madoff on their website, as their Ambassador, but I did not find a picture of Bernie. Here is the insanity of my dealings with canadapetcare.com:First, my credit card company tells me that the charge to my credit card, by canadapetcare.com originated in Mauritius. I had to look that place up. There is nothing redeeming about Mauritius.Second, despite canadapetcare.com’s reference to Canada, their website shows their place of business is in the United Kingdom. Are you confused yet, is this business flagged as a Canadian business, in Canada, Mauritius, or the United Kingdom?Third, I tried to reach these suspect characters by phone, during business hours in North America, multiple times. Forget that, my calls went to their voicemail, and I received no call back.Fourth, the functionality of canadapetcare.com’s website is awful. I use a very high speed Internet connection, and it was near impossible to navigate canadapetcare.com.Fifth, I received an email from canadapetcare.com, advising me that despite the medication being labeled in “pounds” on their website, the packaging of the medication that we receive, will be in kilograms, and, oh, by the way, the medication will be coming from Singapore, or Australia.Smell like a rat? I went back to canadapetcare.com to look for Bernie Madoff’s picture, still, I can’t find Bernie’s picture. Then, I cancelled our order, and shut down my credit card. I regret giving canadapetcare.com my demographic information, and former credit card information.BUYER BEWARE!
