Severely dissatisfied. I submitted the sample two months ago and reached out after four weeks without receiving any response. I received a message confirming they got the sample and was told results would arrive in 72 hours. Now, two weeks later, I'm still waiting and have sent three additional emails with no reply. I requested a refund but got no response. The term scam comes to mind, along with poor customer service. At this point, I fear they may have lost my sample and I won't hear from them again regarding a refund, or I might randomly receive results for another pet. My sister has used their services twice but, after my experience, she plans to switch to a company based in the UK. Very unhappy overall.
