I made an order quite late at night and paid the next morning, on a Sunday. I received an email saying that the payment had not been received, to which I replied with the receipt email from my bank that it had been auto-deposited into their account. I got no reply to the email. I reached out on chat and was told that should ship out later that day.
Next day I log in and it is still “processing” reach out on chat and submit the receipt AGAIN and they cancelled the order!
Don’t send these people e-transfers, I didn’t want to get my wallet and have them have to pay the 3/4% but protect yourself.
