As of today September 8, 2020 has not been received and I am out my money and medication for my dog. They refuse a refund and cannot deliver. Scam as far as I am concerned. Btw, all my other mail and packages from overseas arrive on time with no delays. " When the order was placed I specifically asked whether or not there would be any delay in receiving the order. I was told unequivocally not. It would arrive on time. Only now after paying and waiting a month do they claim there are delays. I still believe they are using the Corona Virus as an excuse to scam customers. I have no money and no medication for my dog and no options." After one month waiting for a paid for order that hasn't arrived she called the company AGAIN and spoke to a very nice representative who immediately voiced concern and said the order should have arrived by now. He immediately said he would credit us back the original order cost. Further, he said he would give us a much discounted NEW price IF and when the meds arrived IF we would call him back if they ever arrived. Today the credit was received on our credit card as promised. The package still hasn't arrived. But, I will tell you that in the event the package does ever arrive we WILL certainly call him back and pay the discounted new price. Honesty deserves to be repaid with honesty. I can't say that you will ever get your merchandise but I can say that they are accommodating refunds for orders that do not arrive. We are unhappy that we didn't get our dog's medication but we are entirely satisfied that the company made good on the cost we paid. Use your own judgement.
