Their recent service doesn't match their past excellence. Back in 2024, our experience with them was superb when we traveled, but this time, the service has definitely fallen short. For our upcoming Canada trip in June, we've faced numerous issues like misplaced information, an overly high quote, and poor communication. Their email response is slow, and phone calls take ages to connect. I'm still awaiting a response to my follow-up email. We've opted to go with Trailfinders for our travel needs now.
