While the chair I ordered, a Lightweight Expedition Aluminum Transport Chair came well packaged and as advertised, I was very disappointed in the delivery system they used. I ordered the chair on a Tuesday morning, paid an extra $25.99 for a speedier delivery service, since my wife could have used this chair on an upcoming event on the weekend and was assured by their confirmation that the order takes 1 business day to process the order. On Thursday, I still had no notification of my order, so I sent an email inquiring about my order. They assured me the order was processed and would send me a tracking number when they get one and was informed that it would take 3 business days for delivery even though their site when ordering said 1-2 business days. I got my tracking number (shipping label was created) on Friday and was in the hands of the shipper at 8:08 pm Friday. I received the chair the following Thursday afternoon. I was not impressed and neither was my wife. During this time, I checked further for their return policy and this is really important if you decide to purchase anything from this company. Check it out before ordering anything. I wasn’t going to review the company, but they have requested twice of me to do so, so there it is. The unit itself is 5 stars but the company is only a 3.
