We ordered a product on Feb 13 with delivery by Feb 23, due to a statury holiday. After receiving a tracking number from a Courier, I checked on it for 3 days and it hadn't even left . I contacted the store and let them know their Courier is not doing anything. They switched to another carrier and our product arrived on time. This cost the store additional money forbthe different Courier. To CANADIAN MEDICAL STORE i say KUDOS to you l and your staff. You truly looked after us. I apologize if I was upset when I originally called. You truly do stand behind your advertizing. Thank you and again and I will certainly recommend your store.
