Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this company.After an initial phone call, I was given login details for an online portal. The information entered there about my work history was inaccurate and poorly presented, despite being based on details I had provided. I was also asked to provide copies of my passport very early in the process, which I was uncomfortable with.I requested a refund shortly after payment was taken (around 20 minutes later) and followed this up by emails in October. I did not proceed with or use any of their services which the payment was for, speaking with the registered immigration consultant. Despite multiple emails, no refund has been issued after more than three months, which left me needing to contact my bank, and changed my card details due to concerns about how the situation was handled.I also asked in writing for my personal data to be deleted under data protection legislation when I requested the refund. The phone call ended unexpectedly during payment process. Update:This review was flagged as defamatory and reported to Trustpilot by the company. And therefore I have edited it to ensure it reflects only my personal experience and verifiable events. I find it concerning that the response was to attempt to have the review removed rather than to address the unresolved refund issue. I will continue to work with Trustpilot to keep this review up. I will not provide any further personal information to the company.
